The Catholic Pastoral Center

The Pastoral Center of the Diocese of El Paso is located in the Mission Valley of El Paso off of North Loop between Lomaland and Lee Trevino. The Pastoral Center moved to its current location in 1990 under the leadership of Bishop Raymundo Peña.  The site was the former St. Margaret's orphanage.  The Pastoral Center includes the following pastoral ministry and administrative offices
