Counseling Program
The counseling program provides individual, marital, family, and group psychotherapy. The psychotherapy is focused on a psychological/emotional level. This is not the same as Pastoral or Religious Counseling. This program serves clients from the age of 5 to over 65.
Fees: The fees are based on the client’s income and the number of people in the family. No one will be turned away for a lack of income. The clinical staff is accredited by Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP and most insurance companies to provide services.
Clinical Staff: There is one Licensed Clinical Social Worker and on Licensed Master Social Worker that provide individual, marital, family, and group psychotherapy. They are bilingual in English and Spanish. The staff is not trained in Pastoral or Religious Counseling. There is no Psychologist or Psychiatrist on staff either.
Emergency Services: Catholic Counseling Services, Inc. does not provide emergency counseling services. If your situation is an emergency that requires immediate attention, we strongly recommend that you contact the El Paso Psychiatric Center at 532-2202 or call 911.

How Do I Register for Services?

- Identification with your photograph
- Proof of residence (water, electricity, gas, or telephone bill with your current address)
- Health insurance card (Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP cards)
- Proof of income for example:
- You last three paycheck stubs or most recent W-2).
- If unemployed, please register with the Texas Workforce Commission and ask for a document stating that you are registered.
- Your Unemployment Compensation Award Letter.
- A letter from your employer stating your annual gross income.
- A copy of the check you are paid with
- Social Security award letter or copy of SSI or SS check
- Proof of child support
