House of Hope presents Jason Evert, international youth motivator and author. Evert will be addressing El Paso-Las Cruces-Juarez youth on Wednesday, November 4th at 6:30 PM at the Don Haskins Center. Event is open and free to the public and geared for higher education, college and high school age audiences.
Love or Lust? is the name of Evert’s empowering talk, which is highlighted by his charismatic, humorous, down-to-earth style. The night will be filled with fun activities, DJ, live music, dance performances and giveaways. At the end of the night at least two $500 sponsorships will be awarded to two students in attendance. Other prizes* include a pizza party to the Student Council (STUCO) with the biggest group present at the event, and a “room transformation” for a lucky attendee.
In addition, Evert will have a special presentation for parents on Tuesday, November 3rd at 6:30 PM at UTEP’s Memorial Gym. Evert will also be making a few stops at local high schools, including Socorro, Cathedral and Canutillo. Both events are free and open to the public.
