Job Summary
Creates, coordinates and implements the formation programs for the Institute. Collaborates, with director, the management of staff. Supervisor: Director of Tepeyac Duties and Responsibilities: Helps to develop a Tepeyac Master Plan for ministry formation programs, coordinates and implements Formation Programs
Coordinate schedule and reserve classrooms. Supervises classroom clerks Manages activities of the staff in absence of the director Meet with other diocesan departments regarding programs (e.g., Parish Catechists and Catholic School Teachers) Participates with director and administrator in the review of the budget and Institute projects Distributes responsibilities to enhance effectiveness of programs Work and communicates as a team member Assists the Director in implementing any new needed formation programs or workshops Participates in required staff and diocesan retreats Ensures viability of formation programs in W. Texas Non-Essential Job Functions Participates in the following: Tepeyac Board as non-voting member Participates in annual continuing education programs and conferences Offer promotional meetings Promote greater collaboration between parishes and Tepeyac Requirements: Bilingual Master’s Degree in Theology, Pastoral Studies or Education Knowledge of software: Microsoft Office, On-line platforms, databases, and social media Organizational skills Ability to work in a collaborative and willingness to promote the mission of the Institute Working Conditions:
