The Diocese of El Paso seeks a dynamic, faith-filled leader to serve as Superintendent of Catholic Schools. The Superintendent will provide leadership and support to nine Catholic schools, ensuring a strong, shared Catholic identity, academic excellence, and operational sustainability. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative leader who fosters unity among schools, supports school leadership in navigating both challenges and opportunities, and implements meaningful professional development initiatives focused on impact for student learning. The role calls for a skilled communicator, an effective consensus-builder, and a dedicated, passionate advocate for Catholic education in our El Paso community.
