Job Title: Custodian/Maintenance (Non-Exempt)
Reports To: Principal

Wage/Hour Salary: Hourly ($11.00)
Primary Purpose: Follows routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness of the building and grounds.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED, OR, Three (3) Years of Experience

Schedule of Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:30 – 1:30 pm
Equipment Used: Brooms, Mops, dry vacuum cleaner, electric drill, hand tools, custodian equipment, ladders
Working Conditions (Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors):
Frequent walking, standing, climbing, and heavy lifting and carrying. Works both indoors and outdoors, on slippery or uneven walking surfaces, and ladders. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, toxic chemical and materials. Must be able to life a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds.
