The parish was established in 1972, using a former baptist church that was built in 1910. It is located in central El Paso predominately Hispanic neighborhood. All Saints has 400 registered families, but serves approximately 2,500 families. Social justice is a very strong role for All Saints parishioners who believe in openness and dignity in life, mutual respect, a living wage (not minimum wage), health education and responsibility. Pastor, Fr. Kennon Yves Ducre has served at All Saints for 13 years.
