The office of Natural Family Planning (NFP) is open to all even though our focus is on engaged couples.  Generally, classes begin with an Introductory session.  Couples learn NFP best if they follow up with 3 classes after that, spaced once a month.  Hence it is recommended that couples begin the NFP class 6 months or earlier before their wedding.  However, they can still finish the classes after the wedding.

Our NFP teachers are volunteers so our office is open mainly some evenings and Saturdays.  Registering online is recommended as is leaving a voice mail message and clear phone numbers for returning calls.

Statistics have shown that couples who use Natural Family Planning have a 5 % divorce rate compared to 50% with those using contraceptive methods which are abortive in their actions or create barriers in the couple’s relationship.
