Its history can be tracked back to July 19, 1917 when Bishop Anthony J. Schuler, broke ground for a small chapel that was named San Antonio. Later that chapel was rebuilt in 1944 by Bishop Sidney M. Metzger. Actual new church was inaugurated on June 24, 1998, by Bishop Armando X. Ochoa
